An alumnus of the world-renowned Harvard Business School, Boston Massachusetts USA; Lanre’s Advanced studies in Psychology, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Quantum Physics, Led him to become an AAMET U.K. Certified Matrix Reimprinting Practitioner and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) Therapist.

Lanre leads the Impression Management Consulting (IMC) Team. He is the Founder and Chief Catalyst of “Olusola Lanre Coaching Academy OLCA” Africa’s Premiere Coaching Academy which has successfully trained and certified over 300 Life Coaches and Workplace Psychologists in Nigeria with UK Diplomas in the past 5 years.  

He has worked extensively with the UK Government through the Department for International Development (DFID), and the Nigerian Government, Various State Governments and Government agencies, and other International Donor Organizations such as The World Bank, and the British Council etc.

He is involved in various capacities with and sits on the board of some of the following not-for profit organizations: FATE Foundation, NESG, Linkachild GTE Ltd, and Inspire Africa Foundation.

He also worked with the Executive management team of Eko Hotel & Suites to move the prestigious hotel from 8th position to the 1st position in the hospitality market. Eko Hotel also received the ISO 7000 CERTIFICATION

Having served both local and international clients, Lanre and OLCA have helped turn around critical life, marriage and Business situations across West, East and Central Africa. Lanre has trained and developed over 5,000 entrepreneurs across Nigeria within 7 years

‘The Catalyst’ as he’s fondly called, Lanre Olusola spearheaded Operation Reach All Secondary Schools (ORASS) with over 7,000 personnel. He trained and coordinated the team that executed the project seamlessly across 36 states over 4 weeks. According to Lanre, he is proud and indeed grateful to be called “The Catalyst. For him coaching  is one of the most significant calling of the twenty first century. He is indeed a blessing to Nigeria and Africa at large, why look for a life coach in foreign countries when you have one at your fingertips.


Lanre Olusola is awed daily by the awesome beauty and abilities of human being expressed through science, art, literature, poetry, fashion, music, history, architecture, engineering, technology amongst others. He is also fascinated by the endless possibilities and potential of the human Spirit and Mind.
